Why we exist
Online content on sleep and the nervous system has plenty of noise and little evidence. Much of what exists is poorly translated, mixed with pseudoscience, or biased toward selling supplements without explaining why. We exist to do the opposite.
Every FLŌW STATE article explains the mechanism before the conclusion. If the evidence is solid, we say so. If it is preliminary, we say that too. We cite peer-reviewed research. We do not invent protocols.
Our audience is curious people in Latin America and beyond: professionals, parents, students, athletes, tired people. Readers who would rather understand how something works before they buy it.
How we write
Calm, accessible, firm. No unnecessary jargon. No false urgency. No "this will change your life". When a question does not yet have a good answer, we say so.
We update articles when new evidence appears. The last review date is always visible at the top of the piece.
What we are NOT
- We are not a biohacking blog or a wellness lifestyle brand.
- We do not sell online courses on "the method" or "the definitive protocol".
- We do not promote functional mushrooms, liver detox, or frequency therapy.
- We do not replace your doctor, psychologist, or nutritionist.
- We are not supplement influencers. When we recommend something, we explain why and disclose any affiliation.
How we are funded
FLŌW STATE is supported by two sources: the newsletter (free, with occasional clearly labeled sponsorships) and affiliate commissions on some recommended products. We never charge for positive reviews. If a product does not convince us, we do not link it. More details in the disclosure.
